What their customers say, quoted, beside what yours say.

We gather reviews for you and three rivals from Google's business listings, review pages found in search, and Reddit. Then we group what customers praise and criticise. Every point carries the quote it came from.

What it is

What it is, and how it works.

The reviews read inside Intel loops for local services: what customers praise and criticise about you and three rivals, grouped and tied to verbatim quotes.

Your reviews say what your customers value. Your rivals' reviews say the same about them, and they are public. The reviews mirror reads both and lays them side by side.

For you and each of the three rivals you pick in Intel loops for local services, we take the rating and review count from Google's business listing, search for each firm's reviews and read up to three pages from a fixed list of review sites, and add discussion from Reddit where it exists. Those reviews are then read in one pass and grouped into strengths and weaknesses for each firm.

Every strength and weakness is tied to a verbatim quote from a real review. A summary without the quote is an opinion. A summary with the quote is evidence you can check.

The result sits inside the wider comparison, next to each firm's search and paid-search figures. You can see whether the firm with the best reviews is also the one being found, or whether the gap is somewhere else.

How it works

Three steps.

  1. Start an Intel loop

Enter your site and area, and pick three rivals.

  2. We gather and read reviews

From Google listings, review pages and Reddit.

  3. Read the comparison

Strengths and weaknesses, quoted, for all four firms.

Limits

What it does not do.

  • Google's listing gives a rating and count from one search match; if the match is wrong, so is the rating.
  • We read up to three review pages per firm, from a fixed list of review sites; sites that block reading are left out.
  • Grouping is done by a language model; the quotes are there so you can check it.
  • It is a one-off read. The recurring version, reviews and reputation watch, is in build.
