Straight answers, before you spend a pound.
What the report is, how it’s made, what’s inferred versus measured, and what happens to your money and your data. Anything not answered here, email us — a human replies the same working day.
The reports
What do I get in the free market read?
We read your website and market live, in front of you: the core messages your site actually communicates, set against the buyer archetypes most likely to be choosing a firm like yours, with traffic-light mismatch indicators and a top-line read on the growth problem you describe at the start. No card and no account required — start at /start.
What does the £27 Full Report Unlock include?
The entire report: every held-back section of your free report, open for good. One payment, no subscription. It's bought inside the report itself — there is no separate checkout page — and the unlock is automated and instant.
How is the report actually generated?
The pipeline reads your website (and up to three competitors' sites) as buyer-readable text. It generates the five 'money questions' an ideal client with money to spend would plausibly ask an AI assistant, and answers each one from your site's content only — recording who the assistant would recommend first and whether your site answered fully, partially, or not at all. Around twenty independent data connectors add context: Companies House, ONS Census, search-demand and search-ranking data, public review listings, a local map-ranking grid, and more. The AI only ever classifies; every number is computed in code from a fixed rubric — no score is ever spoken by a model.
What is the AI Visibility Score?
A 0–100 score on a fixed, printed rubric: +12 for each of the five money questions where your firm is the assistant's first recommendation (maximum 60), plus up to 40 for how fully your site answers those questions. The rubric is published in the report's method section, and the score is calculated in code, not by the AI.
What is the AI Visibility Snapshot (£195)?
A 48-hour report showing what an AI assistant concludes about your firm versus up to three named competitors — and whether your website is built so machines can read, trust, and recommend you. It combines the assistant's simulated answers (clearly labelled inferred) with deterministic checks on your site's actual code: structured data, entity clarity, answerability, contact integrity (clearly labelled measured, and verifiable by anyone in your page source). Delivered as a branded PDF plus a private web version, by email.
Can I see a sample report before buying?
Yes. There's a full worked sample on Hadley & Whitmore, a synthesised UK solicitor's firm (clearly labelled as synthetic — we don't publish real client reports without permission), at /sample-report/hadley-whitmore-solicitors.
Honesty and method
What do 'measured', 'modelled', and 'inferred' mean in my report?
Every material figure is tagged with where it came from. Measured: from an authoritative source (Companies House, ONS Census) or a direct check we ran — you can verify these yourself, often in your own page source. Modelled: computed or estimated from stated priors, and labelled as such (market size, for example). Inferred: a judgement the AI made from what your site says. The labels are load-bearing; we never blur them.
Which AI evaluates my site?
One frontier AI assistant: Claude, named in the report. We do not claim ChatGPT, Gemini, or Perplexity coverage in one-off reports — that would be untrue. Multi-engine coverage exists in exactly one place: monthly AI Visibility Tracking, where the same questions run across several frontier models each month so no single model's blind spots dominate.
Can the AI just make things up about my firm?
The evaluation runs closed-world: if a fact is not on your website, it does not exist for the evaluation — the AI cannot flatter you with outside knowledge, and it cannot invent numbers, quotes, testimonials, or ratings. Absence is stated, never guessed at ('not visible in the scraped pages', never 'the firm doesn't offer this'). If a section of a report can't be validated, it is dropped rather than softened.
What if the report gets something wrong about my firm?
The report reads only what your website actually says, so 'wrong' most often means your site doesn't say it — which is itself the finding, and usually the first fix. If you spot a genuine factual error, email us: we would rather correct a report than defend one.
Do you guarantee results?
No. Where a report estimates what an insight is worth, we show the data it was computed on and say plainly: we're not guaranteeing this — decide for yourself whether the insight gives you an edge. You'll also notice there are no testimonials on this site: we don't publish any until we have real, attributable ones.
Buying, delivery, and billing
How long does delivery take?
The free read appears on screen in minutes. The £27 unlock is instant — it's automated, and the full report opens as soon as payment confirms. The £195 AI Visibility Snapshot is researched and delivered by email within 48 hours. The £595 Done-for-You Mirror is delivered within 48 hours and includes a one-hour walkthrough call.
What is the Visibility System, and how is it different from buying the pieces separately?
The Audience Intel Visibility System is £595 for the Foundation Month, then £195/month. The Foundation Month bundles four things we also sell separately, delivered as your onboarding: the £595 Done-for-You Mirror (the full buyer-perception study, run for you), the £195 AI Visibility Snapshot (delivered within 48 hours), the £27 Methodology Pack, the £27 full report unlock — plus direct access to the team for working sessions while you get set up in the first 30 days. Bought separately that's £844 of product at the same list prices shown on /pricing — the prices are real, nothing was inflated to flatter the discount. The ongoing £195/month is monthly tracking with a delta report, continuous assessment monitoring, and a quarterly re-run of the deep read. Cancel any time.
What does the ongoing £195/month tracking actually track?
Each month we re-run your visibility read — the same money questions, across several frontier AI models — and send a delta report when your visibility moves. It's how you see whether fixes are landing, and how you catch a competitor overtaking you. Between reports, continuous assessment monitoring keeps watch on your visibility. The snapshot is the photo; tracking is the film.
How does the quarterly deep-read re-run work?
Every quarter you're subscribed to the Visibility System, we re-run the full deep read — the same buyer-perception study you got in your Foundation Month, from scratch, on the current state of your site, your competitors, and your market. It re-anchors the monthly deltas against a fresh baseline instead of last winter's. There's nothing to book and nothing extra to pay: it's included in the £195/month, and the report arrives by email like the monthly ones.
Is there a money-back guarantee on the Foundation Month?
Yes — 30 days, unconditional. If you pay the £595 and decide within the first 30 days that it isn't for you, email us and we refund the full £595. No form, no reason required, no conditions attached. That's the stated policy, not a gesture.
How do I cancel the subscription?
From your account: sign in at /account and click 'Manage billing', which opens your Stripe billing portal — cancel any time, no phone call, no retention script. Your access runs to the end of the period you've paid for. If anything goes wrong, email us and we'll cancel it for you.
Do you offer refunds?
Two stated policies. The £27 unlock carries a 90-day credit-back: if the report doesn't surface findings your firm would act on, reply to your purchase confirmation email and we'll credit the £27 against the £595 Done-for-You Mirror — or refund it outright if you prefer. The Visibility System's £595 Foundation Month carries an unconditional 30-day money-back: email us within 30 days and we refund it in full. For the other products we haven't published a blanket policy yet, honestly — email us and a human will sort it out the same working day.
Where do I find things I've bought?
Everything lives in your account at /account: your reports and their unlocked state, pack downloads, your subscription status, and the billing portal.
What is the research desk, and when would I use it instead of the System?
The research desk is the same methodology deployed at commissioned scale: a Vertical Market Study reads an entire vertical (from £2,950), an Audience Study researches a whole buyer population (from £3,450), a Commissioned Custom Study answers a research question you bring us (from £4,950), Analytics Augmentation wires your own data into the read (from £1,450), and Portfolio Deployment runs the Visibility System across an estate of companies (from £245 per company per month, minimum five). Every engagement is scoped from a written brief and the price is fixed before work starts — the 'from' prices are floors, not estimates that grow. Use the System when the subject is your firm; brief the desk when the subject is a market, an audience, or many firms at once.
Data and legal
What data do you use? Do you need access to my systems?
No access needed. Reports are built from public data: your public website, competitors' public websites, public registers and datasets (Companies House, ONS Census), commercial search-demand data, and public review listings. Your own analytics are used only if you explicitly connect them. Reports are token-gated — a report's existence is never revealed to anyone without its link.
You emailed my firm — why, and is that lawful?
Our outreach follows UK PECR's business-to-business rules: we email corporate subscribers only — limited companies and LLPs, verified against the Companies House register — and when we can't confirm corporate status we don't send at all (the check fails closed; sole traders are excluded). Every email identifies who we are, and contact details come from public sources. To opt out, reply to the email or write to us and we'll suppress your address.
Who we are
Who is behind Audience Intel?
Audience Intel is built and run by Cambray Design, a UK design and intelligence practice, as part of Bridge Intelligence. Support is a human — Ian Stone — at ian@cambraydesign.co.uk, replying the same working day.
Is the £27 Methodology Pack the same as the £27 report unlock?
No — same price, two different products. The Methodology Pack (at /buy) is the method itself as documents, prompts, and a Claude Skill: you run it yourself on your own LLM, on your firm and clients, indefinitely. The reports are the method plus the data infrastructure, run for you. Agencies and consultancies can run the Pack on behalf of their clients under its licence.
